How long does it take to get Abloomify up and running?
Most customers deploy our lightweight device agent and browser extension in under a day via Intune, Jamf, or any standard MDM. Pilot projects typically run 30–45 days, after which the same agents roll straight into production, no re-installation required. Bloomy starts surfacing insights as soon as data flows in (usually within the first 24 hours).
How does Abloomify keep our data private and secure?
Abloomify is privacy-first: no screenshots, keystroke logging, cameras, or mic access. Provides only high-level activity metadata. All customer data stays in isolated secure environments, encrypted in transit and at rest. Bloomy can be locked to fully-contained local LLM models, and no data is ever used to train public LLMs unless your company enables other LLM model providers. SOC 2 Type II certification avaialble upon request.
Can we control which AI models and features employees can use?
Yes. Admins decide (per model) whether to enable OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or local LLMs hosted within your isolated environment, and can disable web-search or file-upload at any time. Each subscription includes some Bloomy AI credits per user per month; heavy users simply draw from the shared company pool or optional pay-as-you-go credits.
Is Abloomify an employee monitoring tool?
No. Abloomify is a productivity and performance analytics tool that helps you understand how your employees are spending their time, without invading their privacy. It is not a monitoring tool, and we do not capture any data that could be used to monitor employees. We are helping tech companies transform the way they lead their teams to help them thrive in the new AI-first world that AI agents are going to work beside human employees.
Does Abloomify work for hourly frontline teams as well as salaried knowledge workers?
Absolutely. You can choose daily or weekly aggregated views, and weight metrics differently for call-centre agents versus engineers or other roles. Coming soon: Abloomify can distinguish on-screen work from scheduled meetings and will soon sync with Outlook/Google calendars for in-person sessions.
How does Abloomify handle meeting time, hybrid schedules, and calendar events?
Abloomify automatically recognises Zoom, Teams, Meet and other conferencing apps, credits that time as “focused meeting” even if there is no device activity, and can filter by office, remote or hybrid cohorts. Optional calendar sync reconciles meeting invites with device activity to give the most accurate picture possible.
How does Abloomify help us cut costs and prove ROI?
Customers use Abloomify to spot under-used software licences, duplicate tools (e.g., Teams vs Zoom vs Slack), and over-staffed functions before renewal or hiring cycles. Typical results: 5-12 % licence savings and 10-25% higher revenue per employee within the first two quarters.
How is Abloomify priced and what’s included?
Abloomify is an annual, per-employee subscription. Every seat includes unlimited standard integrations, 50-200 monthly Bloomy AI credits per user (based on chosen plan), data retention for at least 12 months (based on chosen plan), and full access to our performance-agent library. Volume tiers and usage-based AI overages are available, only pay for what you use.
Is Abloomify invasive to employee privacy?
No. Abloomify replaces clunky “big-brother” monitoring with privacy-respectful analytics. We never capture screens or keystrokes; managers see trends (e.g., productive hours, app usage) rather than minute-by-minute or hourly breakdowns. Employees gain transparency and their own Bloomy assistant, fostering trust instead of surveillance.
What integrations does Abloomify support?
Abloomify seemlessly integrates with most HRIS systems for employee data and reporting structure, and can optionally be connected to most other tools that your business uses for pulling employee performance and business context data. Available integrations include common tools like Code Repositories for engineering teams (GitHub, GitLab, etc.), Task Management and Project Management (Jira, Asana, Planner, Monday.com, etc.), Communication (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.), and leading VDI platforms.
